Refund policy
Scope
We sell professional services. As we ship the legalised documents, the service has already been completed and no returns will be applicable. This policy covers orders placed on our website for services such as company registration and legalisation (apostille) of company documents.
No Returns
Because we provide services , we do not accept returns, exchanges, or address-based shipments.
Our Delivery Commitment & Refund Guarantee
If we are unable to deliver both:

your company registration, and
-
legalized (apostille) company documents (scanned copies)
within 14 calendar days of payment, we will issue a full refund.
When the 14 days start
The 14-day period begins once all required information and documents from you have been received and the relevant official fees have cleared. If we request additional information and it’s not provided promptly, the timeline will pause until we receive it.
What “delivery” means
Delivery means we provide you with the scanned copies of the official company registration confirmation and the apostilled company documents. (Physical originals, if applicable, may follow according to courier timelines and do not affect refund eligibility.)
Exceptions (when refunds do not apply)
Refunds will not be issued if the delay or failure to deliver is caused by:

Your failure to provide complete/accurate information or KYC documents in a timely manner.

Changes in law, government closures, force majeure events, or unforeseen government processing delays outside our control after submission.

Your cancellation after work has begun (research, filings, submissions, or legalizations initiated).
How to Request a Refund
Email us at contact@incorpdirects.com with:

Order number and payment receipt

Your full name and contact details

Any documents we requested and the date you supplied them
We’ll review and respond with a decision. If approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the credit. If more than 15 business days pass after our approval, please email contact@incorpdirects.com.

Note for EU/UK customers
For services, you may have a statutory 14-day right to cancel. If you ask us to start the service immediately and we complete it within the 14-day period, you acknowledge and agree that your right to withdraw may be lost once the service is fully performed. If you cancel after work has begun but before completion, we may deduct a reasonable amount for work already performed. For assistance, email contact@incorpdirects.com.
